"Had an appointment set after waiting a month for them to respond to my referral, 2 weeks before the appointment I get a "sorry but we're rescheduling you for 3 months out, because [insert excuse]" call. That will make 6+ months I've waited to see a heart doctor post my PCP's referral. If you're having serious heart issues and want an expedient results look elsewhere."

"My father had a “date” set for a procedure that he so desperately needs. Last week my parents were told they would receive a call in the afternoon, the day before the procedure, detailing arrival time, procedure time, etc… NO ONE CALLED! My mother, whom has had to do EVERY SINGLE BIT OF LEG WORK on this, called them and finally got in touch with a person just to find out my father had to do another pre-test step “that they weren’t told about” before having this procedure, and my mother was told “sorry” for their mistake and lack of communication. YOU’RE SORRY???!!! Sorry doesn’t help my fathers heart and remove the stress from my mother, sorry doesn’t give me my week of missed work back, sorry doesn’t give my family from Texas, who drove here to help out after the procedure, their trip money back. Your SORRY IS WORTH ZERO, ITS WORTH NOTHING! I’m furious! No one wants to speak face to face anymore. Speaking is done by left messages and rare call backs, emails, all nonsense! Communication, one of the easiest things to do in life, is seriously lacking here! Lack of communication when pertaining to one’s heart is a massive deal! FIX THIS NOW!"

"My cardiologist was phenomenal and explained everything in detail. On checking out, I asked the woman who was setting my follow up appointment if my medicine was being called into my pharmacy. I was told to call the office to ask. As I was still IN the office, I asked if she could request that info from the nurse. She shook her head at me and rolled her eyes. She went around the corner and spoke terribly about me to other staff, saying I was concerned they weren't filling my BP meds and mocked me. When she returned I explained that her reaction was not warranted and highly unprofessional. I will not return to this office because of this lack of decency."

"I had 2 open heart surgeries and multiple heart issues. Was hospitalized recently from a blood clot to the brain. Tried to set up a appointment to be seen and was treated very rudly on the phone by one of the receptionist. And was told I could not be seen for a month and a half. Time is something I don't have. Will be seeking another cardiovascular doctor. Do not trust these people with your life they do not care."

"My husband went to get his blood taken today . He's been there before. A guy was very unprofessional and ignorant. He keep telling my husband he never been there more less aguring with my husband. And he's gone there a couple times. They need to get there act together....My husband ended up at the hospital which was fine . But the people on 248 next to the Branson heart center need to get there ACT TOGETHER. Believe me the doctors will know about this lousy service. Sorry I even rated them a one."
