"Sitting on the phone line for ages. Assuming it's about bills being sent to collections like mine was. I went in loops about it a couple years ago and they claimed they didn't know how to fix the issue for me because they couldn't find the information. I was just stuck to wait it out on my credit. I'm stubborn though and I am rattling the cage again because as a young adult I need to fix my credit!"
"Same as others. For two years we have requested a bill to be sent to our "actual" address. The address that I gave for billing, on the date of my service, that matched my driver's license, is not the address they they are using. The address they continue to send bills to, is an address I lived at 8 years ago. I want to pay the bill, but want to make sure it is not on my credit. This has happened once before with another department in Cox. They apologized for their error and were able to see that I gave the correct information, and that they made a mistake. Not Lakes Region Imaging......the bill is on my credit, and I have yet to receive a bill."
"They are a subcontractor for Cox and apparently have no protocol in place to communicate with the Cox billing and insurance department. They submitted a bill for $69 to collections and I never received a bill that was sent to an address 12 old. If they would have gone through the proper protocol for a Veteran the insurance dept should have submitted it to the VA and it would have been paid This is how they treat veteran's and especially fixed income senior veterans. I paid the bill to get it off my credit report. So I will let everyo e I know about my experience with these people. By the way, hire more help to answer the phone."
"I can't give any worse review or I would. We have tried several times to get a bill, made co tact by phone once and was assured they would send one in the mail and email us. NEVER did we receive anything. Just got a bill from a collection agency about this and called lakes regional again. Still could not get them to send a paper bill to have in hand. Paid over the phone and assured a confirmation email and a bill email would be sent. Still haven't received either one.....yes, I checked my spam mail also. We drove 2 hrs to Branson to pay the bill over a month ago and could not find a physical place to pay it. Noone at the hospital had any idea where this place was. We were sent to 3 different locations but none were correct. I sure hope the doctors reading the images are more competent than the accounting/billing department!"
"Randomly received a bill over a month later stating that our insurance did not cover this procedure. The hospital told us our bill was covered and that all was fine. But then we got a bill for $257 out of the blue. Very poor business model sneaking around trying to get extra money out of people. Is this what we should expect from the people that are suppose to care for us?"
