"Since you use Grand River Regional Ambulance service and they do not except Insurances buy employers. Don't you think it should be added to one of the hospital bills so it would be covered by Insurances as you would be paying on two hospital bills, Aneta Insurance is what all Walmart employees have."

"My wife and I made a scheduled appt during normal business hours. We had covid/strep/influenza tests done. They Charged us almost $1,000 for both of us for the visit. They took a small amount off but since we were self pay. I called and asked if almost 200 dollars per person was normal for an office visit and I was told it was by 1 person that it was and by another - that it was not:( They refused to adjust the large bill and we had to pay it out of pocket. Really disappointed. We have moved elsewhere for a family doctor due to this."

"While I never thought I would be reviewing a hospital, in this instance I must. There was an accident in which I was involved in that resulted in my head and most of the right side of my body being split/ripped open. As we pull up to the emergency department, the staff was immediately there to respond, transport me into a pristine/private room where I was seen instantly by the incredible attending physician, Dr. Meck! After a full assessment including a full body scan in their state-of-the-art to ensure the rest of me was in place. Dr. Meck then addressed the multiple wounds and thankfully stitched my head injury back into the semblance of my previous head almost a week later. Just the comforting sounds of her whispering out loud as she was stitching and stapeling, the successful sounding ‘uh hugs’ she was uttering as the bloody puzzle was being put back together to her liking. It was very obvious she knew her way around a needle but this was no easy task because of the extent of the wound. I was very blessed to have this accident occur nearest to this fine faculty and I felt as I like I got the best Doctor in the state of Missouri fixing me up on this night with these wounds in this situation. (I was visiting from out of state) Thank you Mosiac Medical Center for your excellent facility, talented medical staff and strong leadership which resulted in providing me with outstanding care when I needed it most!"

"I would not recommend the doctors here, at least, not a Dr. Angelia Martin. I had one short visit with her, and in my opinion, I felt like Dr. Martin was judgmental in her treatment of me. I needed specific medication refills, and was honest in my disclosure of my mental health history. It is extensive, and I need multiple medications, and I felt like Dr. Martin was not very sympathetic to the suffering of someone with multiple mental illnesses. She was unwilling to prescribe the medication that helps me the most, saying she didn't "feel comfortable." I was put off by this, because I had come for help, not for one individual's opinion on what they thought my medication regimen should be, rather than helping me with my mental health needs. It was a waste of an appointment, as I did not get the medication, and Dr. Martin did not mind taking the money of the state (my Medicaid insurance) without helping me in this way."

"I have been going to Mosaic Albany for physical therapy for a few weeks because of a knee replacement. Last week Denise saw that no progress was being made in my treatment. At that point her total demeanor changed and went into full business mode. She said that I needed to contact my doctor for follow up and possible knee manipulation and immediately she got on the phone to his office. That was Tuesday, December 10th. I was in my doctor's office Thursday the 12th and had the procedure yesterday, the 16th. I'm writing because I feel that in a hospital setting, nurses and Drs get all the recognition, which they deserve but I feel that because Denise and Hannah worked together to correctly diagnose and refer me to my surgeon very promptly I was saved a potential lifelong problem. I owe them a great big thank you and just wanted you all to know that I, for one, think you have two pretty good physical therapists that truly care about their patients. Please pass on my gratitude."
