"Even though they were closed for lunch, Denise helped me determine if they had an order for my mothers bloodwork. She called another lab and was very kind to us. Such great customer service. Thank you Denise!! You made my day a lot easier and saved me a trip across town for nothing!"

"This location was quick and efficient. Although there were 3 people ahead of me when I arrived I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman that was working that day. She was very pleasant and quite good at her job."

"There are no words for how terrible my experience at this location was. The kiosk machine that patients are supposed to use to check in wasn’t working right to the point that an entire line of people were struggling (and failing) to check in. The nurse on duty didn’t bother to come out and help, despite the growing line. After a gentleman asked if the nurse would just get him checked in without the kiosk and she refused, several people actually left the facility without getting their blood drawn at all. Then when it came time for my wife to have her blood drawn (somehow we managed to survive the gauntlet that was getting checked in on the malfunctioning kiosk), they were unable to draw her blood because they couldn’t get her information transferred from the LabCorp in Richmond Heights. Apparently, that info isn’t in some sort of connected LabCorp system. So my wife and I also ended up leaving without fulfilling the purpose we came there to fulfill."

"So rude. Very unpleasant. The door was wide open so you were able to see while in the back while she was drawing my blood. There was only myself and one person waiting to be seen and she was acting as if she was annoyed. No one bothered her or harassed her. She was very rude. I almost walked away. I am calling cooperate in the morning to report her. If your costumer service is that horrible, I suggest you to find something outside of healthcare."

"I would give this location a zero if I could. I arrived at 12:20, not realizing they close for lunch at 12:30. I would have gladly understood and returned at a later time, if I had known this. However, the lady working, Denise, was down right RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL that I arrived 10 minutes before her lunch break. Instead of her explaining that she had a lunch break soon, she talked to me in a nasty tone of voice that I should have known better than to come 10 minutes before lunch. Like I said, I clearly didn't realize that it was her lunch time in 10 minutes. I could not believe how disrespectful she talked to me. If I wparked for LabCorp, I would be down right humiliated at having an employee that treated patients so rudely."
