"I took my “project” to them. They looked it over and told me they could do it. It was quick and perfect. The cost was very reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with."

"Had a small fix. Dropped it on a Thursday was given a claim ticket and told to pick it up Saturday afternoon. Forgot Saturday (by 3), closed Sunday. Went to pick up mid morning Monday and it wasn't done. No apology. Just told "can you come back this afternoon?" Came back at 2:30 since they close at 3. Was told it still wasn't done. They completed the work in 3 minutes while I waited. Why did it take a full 24 hours longer for a 3 minute job? Also the item will have to live in my garage for a while since it lived in a cigarette filled shop for 5 days. Good work but service is sub par and I'd definitely rethink taking an item there such as a nice purse or garment that you would want to wear or couldnt easily wash. It's a free country but smoking in a shop with collectibles and other people's garments seems like a poor choice."

"I have a 6 year old pair of boots that I wear daily and fit perfectly. I recently noticed the stitching on the top of one started to come undone. I googled and found Shoe Express. Drove over and was greeted by a man with a smile. I asked if he could repair and he looked them over, sat down , at stitched them right up. He suggested that I apply mink oil occasionally to help prevent future issues. I was in and out in 8 minutes. The cost was better than expected! I will absolutely come back for any future repairs. "This was my second time using this place. Hesitant because the last time I had to leave my leather purse outside for 3-4 days to air out the smoke! Decided to drop off a couple of pairs of open toed sandals and a purse to stitch where it has separated. It took 4 trips to get items completed. He finished them when I showed up! Had to wait on top of multiple trips and 4 days past the pick up date given. Day 1 now of de-smoking outside."

"Had the soles reglued on a pair of shoes for $17. The proprietor also included a shine. It is an interesting little shop, and the proprietor is laid-back and pleasant when you talk to him, though he might seem a bit (too) nonchalant at first. My biggest issue is not with the shop but with the parking available at the shopping center, which is overrun with First Watch patrons."
