"Unfortunately the fountains had been turned off for the season, so my granddaughter Adelynn, I'm thinking is about to blow a gasket over no fountains right..... oh no! She just took off towards the Tin first, then she said she was in he new"fort" lol. She had the best time playing this day"
"The fountain is gorgeous and the park is well maintained. I wish the surface of the water feature was more secure. Some loose stones that are tripping hazards. Water shoes would be very helpful! If visiting, bring a change of clothes or wear swim suits. Water toys are a nice thing to bring as well. Restroom is a bit of a walk from the fountain but not bad. Parking can be sparse but it is worth it."
"I remember coming here years ago and it was so cool. I decided to take my daughter and quickly realized why it is a ghost town.. You have to walk a ways from the car to find the fountains and there are no marked sidewalks to get you from parking lot to the park. There were also homeless people sleeping on all benches and they came by to dunk their dog in the water, wet down clothes, and wash themselves. There were a lot of missing bricks and wonky brick patterns that small kids could get hurt walking on. It was sad to see such a cool feature going to waste like that."
"Nice splash area for the kids to cool off in. The bricks are not attached, so kids pick them up and throw them. The rules say no to do this, but not one person read the rules while we hung out here. Eventually they will destroy the splash area, which will be sad. Still, it's a great free place to spend some time. Parking wasn't clearly marked, but everyone was parked behind the ice skating rink."
