"I took my son and his friend here on a Saturday night. We walked in and I saw an advertisement for eat and play. I decided to ask the waitress about it and she told me anything over $10 that we ordered we would get a $10 game pass for $5. That’s a good deal so I ordered 2 meals over $10. After we eat the waitress informed me the promo ended today and we couldn’t get the deal. I was a little confused since there was a sign in the lobby stating that the deal was still good since it was advertised. I was told the button no longer was in their computer system and would not be getting the deal. Instead of making a scene in front of the boys, who were there just to have a good time, we just went on with our night. If you’re going to advertise on your website and in the building I feel like that deal should have been honored."

"Service was great at the start till we got to our lane, payed for 2 hours and got to bowl for about 1 hour and a few minutes because the pin setters took so damn long. Employees didn’t seem to have a care in the world, all standing around. One young worker was too distracted by a female colleague to do anything else following each other around like a lost puppy. Sunshine lanes has %100 better everything. Not to mention the half naked lady on the huge screen in a so called “family center”. DO NOT GO. Go to sunshine."

"Wow! We have been to bowling alleys before… but wow… service, the functionality of the lanes, the arcade…. We didn’t do the laser tag, because we are old… but dang. So impressed. Trenton, the young man who waited on us was spot on and such a good personality! Andrew in the arcade was great and welcoming. As an old guy trying to buy credits in an arcade… I’m used to a roll of quarters… from the time we got here until the time we left… great establishment! We will bring our family back for sure!"
