"This was my first visit to Golden Goose. The store is very clean and organized. Edina made me feel welcomed and introduced me to the different styles of sneakers. I was pretty overwhelmed at first because there are so many options to chose from, but she walked me through all the styles and different ways to wear them. I worked retail for over 9 years, and the team had a very positive attitude. This honestly was the best experience I had at a store in a long time. Thanks to them- I will be back!"
"This store absolutely sucks. My husband bought me a dress that was too big. They have the dress at another store in the size that I need. I can’t exchange it because it’s over 2 weeks per their store policy. This dress was pretty expensive. The sad part is, is that the same dress is still there at the same price. I’ve had it for about a month. I couldn’t even get a store credit. We will never shop here again. Ever!"
"This location from sales representative on the floor up the the US market director are profit driven and unreasonable to a luxury brand clientele! READ THE FINE PRINT THEY OFFER NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT..even on unworn brand new purchased on the same day items. When you question that policy and ask for a manager Golden Goose and staff will use mall security to ask you to leave. Embarrassing high end clients in a setting people shop at for a tailored customer experience. When you raise concerns to corporate they will be open-ended and at the climax tell you to contact legal."
