"Quite hard to believe the reviews for this store is 2 stars outta 5. The old reviews make it look better than it is. All reviews the past year are only 1 star. I waited over 20 minutes because the tech was unaware that insulin is kept in the refrigerator."

"I went there to get a passport photo. No one there in photos. Saw a guy on phone in another department. He got off phone and just walked away quickly without ever asking me what I wanted. I am glad they fired the CEO last week. I will not be back, hopefully CVS will be better."

"Worst pharmacy in the state of Missouri. I’ve been on the same prescription for the last 2 years and have not had a change to it ever. I went in the time before the most recent and they said I could only have a partial refill. Cool. Whatever. I assumed they only had a portion in store and I’d get the rest whenever they had more. I go back after my partial is used, needing the rest of my refill and they said I couldn’t get more because they have in my notes that I take one pill one day and another pill the next day. Not accurate. I tell them this. I even went to my doctor and spoke to her about this and she reread the prescription to me “it says you take both at the same time”. So, I think it’s fixed and I call in my prescription which I’m completely out of now, and I get an incompetent jerk on the phone with a major attitude who’s telling me I have to call my doctor to have my doctor call in a new prescription. IT IS NOT A NEW PRESCRIPTION. THE PHARMACY IS JUST ILLITERATE. WHY DO I HAVE TO CALL MY DOCTOR AND TELL THEM TO CALL THE PHARMACY. NOT MY JOB. So I’ll never use that pharmacy ever again. The people who work there are all pompous idiots and who think they’re God’s gift to pharmaceuticals. Every single one of them. This isn’t my first time I’ve had someone in that pharmacy talk down to me but it is definitely the last. Save your time, money, and sanity. Worst experience. Worst customer service. Worst attitudes in the entire industry. Also, might I suggest reading classes for everyone employed there since it’s clearly a necessity that none of them have accomplished."

"Pharmacy drive thru is always closed so I have chosen delivery the last couple times for my scripts and they do not arrive on time at all. The store manager says she doesn't know anything about the pharmacy... Really? You are the store manager!! I was also told one time that it was too soon for them to fill my script. I told them that was the first time I had the medication and then they reviewed it and said "oh, you're right"... I cannot believe the Incompetence at this store."

"I would give them a zero but it is not an option. Went to an urgent care received a prescription for antibiotics and a rescue inhaler. Went to get it 3 hrs after it was called in. Not ready only answer we are behind. Went back at 8 hrs still no medication. Will not say when I can get it. So who pays for the ambulance if I need a nebulizer treatment. It would be nice to know when I can receive my prescriptions. The pharmacist should be held responsible as well as corporate the longer it takes to start on medication drives up health care costs and reduces good outcomes"
