"Room reservation was for 1 bed king ns. With fridge. No fridge or microwave in the room luckily I didn't buy anything and it was late when I checked in. Sold out for the night and couldn't move. Some lights were broken in the room including the fixtures.. I have two dogs and at least bags were in the dispensers. Also they had no cups for coffee in the morning. A lot of long time questionable residents too although none bothered me. Place needs repair. I won't pick this place my next time through."

"Well, it lived up to it's name! Saw roaches more than once. We checked in hours after our room was supposed to be available because they weren't done cleaning it, there was no refrigerator or microwave and we had to ask for them, there was tons of issues with the staff and stuff although they seemed to be nice. It was a mess but it ended up ok. There was no compensation for our late check in but we just let it go. Oh well. Lots of things were broken, dirty, etc. But oh well. There was a charm to the room so that's good."

"It started off kind of rough...I got there late night and the guy at the desk didn't seem to want to help me get in a room,the locationkind of scared me so i sit in the lobby. I had to wait till the 7a.m. shift came on to be helped. Once he arrived he asked me as soon as he came in the door if I was helped and I said no I really wasn't, after hearing that he proceeded to assist me and got me In a room pretty fast (Thanks Reece) and the stay went very well after that. I would definitely come and stay again."

"This place is great. The manager Devante is very attentive to all the customers needs. Paris, Nick and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful whenever you have a request. Megan and the rest of the housekeeping staff work very hard to see to it that your needs are met and are happy to help. John the maintenance man is extremely dedicated to keeping the place running smoothly. I have chosen to stay here for almost 8 months while I attend college in town. Hands down, this is the best value for anyone who has a pet. The rates are extremely reasonable and they are very welcoming to the fur babies. I would highly recommend staying here."
