"Great place to stay! Beds were very comfortable & the pillows weren't flat. The room was clean & very satisfactory. The lady at the desk was very nice & helpful. I'm sure that, had we had any problems, she would have taken care of them immediately."

"Clean. Child friendly. Economic. Super friendly. We are a large family-which means we break fire codes and often have to rent multiple rooms- They had adjoined rooms that fit our needs well. Linen and towels were lovely. We never ran out of hot water no matter who was bathing at what time. It is a ECONOMICAL place to stay. Breakfast was a small variety of easy foods, we especially appreciated the hard boiled eggs. Our favorite part was that they had a fairly large propane grill we were welcome to use. (Which we did!) They also had two propane out door heaters and a modest fire pit for guests. You need to be a little self motivated if you are going to use the amenities, but they are there for you to use! We would absolutely book with them again."

"It was a good, safe place to stay for the night. The pool area was nice. The beds were good. It's nothing fancy, but I wasn't looking for fancy... just a reasonably priced place to stay for a night. Staff was friendly."

"We stayed 2 nights in a jacuzzi room. Very nice rooms and continental breakfast is good. It was very peaceful and relaxing and the owners were absolutely amazing and very outgoing. We will be staying here on most visits to Eureka Springs except when at The Crescent Hotel! I'd definitely recommend staying here!"
