"We rented a hobbit cave to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary, and we were absolutely thrilled with everything about the experience. The cave was so unique and absolutely spotless. We loved the giant bathtub, the fireplace, and the patio! It had a big closet, and a mini fridge with freezer and a microwave. The cave's patio was lovely and looked out on a forested green belt, where we saw deer. The location was very convenient to the historic downtown area. Before we arrived, I had a couple of questions which I emailed about and which were answered almost instantly. We were very pleasantly surprised that the proprietors called us to let us know our room was ready earlier than anticipated and we were welcome to check in. In the room, we found a sweet handwritten card and decorations that we were not at all expecting. Definitely has a family business feel and you can tell the owners take a lot of care and pride in the establishment. We very much hope to return in the near future! We made wonderful memories, and we highly recommend the hobbit caves!"

"Eureka Springs Treehouses is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The service is fantastic. The Hobbit Cave is wonderfully created. Very detailed. The rates are very reasonable especially for what is offered. The location is perfect. It's basically a center hub for Eureka Springs. I felt like I had been transported into the shire. So much fun. I loved the imagination and the way the Hobbit Cave was brought to life. This is the only place I will stay when I visit Eureka Springs. When you visit bring a sense of adventure and imagination. It was literally magical for me when I first walked into the Hobbit Cave."

"What a lovely place for some down time. We stayed in one of the tree houses the weekend of Oct. 20-23. We arrived to find a lovely gift of snacks and a Happy Birthday card and banner surprise for my wife. (We were there for her birthday weekend) Even though you're surrounded by cottages and other guests it still feels very intimate. You're able to get as much or as little down time as one wants. In our case we love picking through junk shops so that's what we spent most of our weekend doing. But be mindful...the squirrels work in concert with the elves there. They will steal your snacks if you leave them on the deck! It was great fun making friends with our particular deck pirate. He was a sucker for pistachio's. We had a lovely stay and are going to make it a regular stop for us every year. My wife wants to stay in one of the Hobbit houses next."

"We did express check in, the way they had everything written out was perfect, we had no questions. The cave was amazing, maybe needs a little better bright lighting for the sink area but no big deal. We enjoyed everything and will be back! Definitely recommend staying here!"
