"We had the pleasure of staying in the Grandview Suite this weekend during the annual Zombie Crawl. What a great spot! Great room(s), great staff, great price & THE BEST LOCATION in downtown Eureka Springs. The suite came well adorned with a massive king size bed, a den with a pullout couch and a private bathroom in addition to the in-room jetted tub. Oh and you get a private parking spot in downtown, which is worth its weight in gold. Two thumbs way up!"

"Great location. Cleanest room we have been in in Eureka. Only complaint was they need to have curtains over the windows and both outside doors. Very bright, better bring a sleep mask."

"We’ve stayed here several times. Can’t beat the view. Both rooms at the point of the building (penthouse and park view) are excellent. Doors on both sides of the room that opens up to the balcony. Weather is usually so nice we have the doors open. The only place we stay now for our yearly trip"

"Excellent Accomodations. Enjoy downtown Eureka Springs 24 hours a day by propping open the balcony doors to enjoy the benefits of the evening festivities such as music etc.. Leave your vehicle parked and enjoy the historic downtown shops and eateries since your staying in the center of town. Would have given a perfect score if it were not for having to navigate the stairs. My wife and I can still navigate the somewhat steep stairs by using both handrails but you still have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Seniors or otherwise handicapped may find this difficult. Excellent house keeping as well."
