Whataburger

"Fries were warm and limp. Took about 1-1.5 minutes to get my order. Cannot say it was cooked fresh in that amount of time. This location has never been comparable to other locations in northwest Arkansas. Regret that I passed by Culver’s for that. Definitely will not do again."

"Walked in and was greeted politely. I ordered my food and while I was getting my drink filled the worker came over and handed me my food. She then offered me some sauces that were neatly displayed on a tray."

"I've never complained about Whataburger. The food and service have always been very good. This time, not so much. The food was great as it always is. It was the time it took to get our order. Their kitchen is completely disorganized. No one seemed to know what to do. A bunch of lost pups. It seemed like no one was actually running things I own a restaurant, and I have one person controlling the flow, directing everything. That's what is lacking. This needs to be fixed, or it will start to affect their customer base."

"Monte was so dry and seemed to be faking her interaction at the drive-thru window. She clearly seems uncomfortable dealing with customers. We decided to go here because it wasn't busy, and my husband lived in Texas for a while and liked this place. We waited for our food, so I thought it's gonna be fresh and hot. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal and added bacon, and my husband purchased the southern bacon burger meal. We got our food and pulled off! I'm passing out the food, and we're on the interstate by now heading home to North Little Rock. I didn't have bacon on my spicy chicken sandwich, and it was room temp!!!!!! How hard is it to follow orders??!! The restaurant wasn't even busy, so we sat and waited for cold food and the wrong order?!! As my husband is eating, he realizes that his sandwich is wrong, but at this point, it's obviously too late to do anything. Why isn't there a bacon add-on sticker for sandwiches so simple minds don't get confused?!! Let's get to the fries. Are you guys trying to give out high blood pressure?!! Usually, we can just wipe the excess salt off of fries when they're over salted, but the grains are so small that it's impossible! It isn't just this location. This was me giving Whataburger a second shot. The first time this happened was in Texas. I thought well maybe it was just that particular location and time. I was so wrong!!!! I called the restaurant to tell Monte what happened, and she could care less becausewe'regone already. I will never eat this mess again! I wanted Wendy's next door to yall, and next time, that's what I'll get!!!"
