"The attendant was very helpful. The rooms were disgusting , the chair in the room looked like it just got pulled out of dumpster, dirty. The TV didn't even work with 2 remotes, one didn't even have a back on it. The plug in on the wall was hanging out of the dry wall with 2 cords plugged in. Behind the end table was garbage. Husband went to take a shower and there cockroaches in the tub. At that point we left, very disappointed!! You should not be in business, dirtiest place I have ever stayed, not fit for homeless people!!!!! Not a safe place to stay, keep going don't stay here, could possibly catch fire. Could only put 1 star because they didn't even deserve that one. There should be a zero on the app. Hotel should be demolished, seriously!!!!"

"As of January 1st 2024, I am of the opinion the front desk staff and manager should be fired and replaced (cleaning staff is cool). Its that bad, just overall stupidity and unnecessary harassment while I was working long hours on a night shift in this area. I was paid up and everything, and there's always some excuse to wake me up and bother me for unnecessary******** when they already have my ID and Card on file (and the second lady who took my ID only glanced at it, she didn't type anything because it was ON FILE, and don't tell me they don't keep you credit card in the system for incidents or that the initial paper you sign can't be applied to any stay there, they do and it can). It seems like you get punished for extending your stays through apps. And when I left, the other front desk lady tried to tell me I COULD NOT CHECK OUT. Like what? I can check out whenever I **** well please, I'm too tired for this **** and I have to drive home now that work is done here, stop wasting my time and click your buttons so I can go. Heck just make the janitor manager he'd do a better job training employees (I seriously bet he would)."

"Being last minute & Christmas Eve got a room. Staff seemed passive and anti emotional. Breakfast was less than desirable. TV wasnt working right. Free WiFi & dog friendly. Was on the 3rd floor. No elevator."

"The owners needs to spend a few bucks in each room & this location would be nice. Our drapes were partly off the track, the bathroom had a broken bracket that probably was previously for a soap dispenser. I wouldn't take much for this to be a nice inexpensive place. The room was clean, the help was great. If was a quiet location, It wouldn't take much for this place to feel much more welcoming & less "cheap"."
