"I needed a few last minute shirts done. They seemed as though they'd be able to help me out of the pinch I was in. Unfortunately the design I was sent didn't work for them, so my husband recreated the design and I emailed it to them the same day. I did not hear from them, even after I asked them to confirm if they could or would still be able to meet the deadline we agreed to. There was a tip that they would have received as well as shirts for the next event we held. My daughter referred them to me and I would have respected them more if they would have declined the job in the beginning or responded to the confirmation request."

"Went in on a Tuesday said it would be done over the weekend. Then never heard back. Went in 2 weeks later had no paper to what kind of shirt or information I wanted on the shirt just the picture saved in the computer. Said it would be a couple of more days it has literally been months!!! Obviously he doesn’t want my money. I haven’t received any phone calls about shirt being ready. I’m not going to chase you for you to do your job. I’ll take my business elsewhere for somebody that wants my money. Sad to say this was for a gift also."
