"I only have one complaint - the internet was useless. I used my hotspot, but that's limited & inconvenient. The hotel was great, the heated pool was great (I soaked while I did my laundry), it was located close to everything I wanted/needed. We had a king bed, a couch, a nice desk, and a nice hot shower with great flow, it was great! Everyone was friendly & helpful. I might not choose it again because of the internet, because it's necessary for a business trip and/or streaming a show at night."

"This feels exactly the need it needs to. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean, the staff were very friendly, the check-in experience was smooth, and the breakfast was well presented and staff were able to keep up with a very busy crowd. Our rooms were clean, well appointed, with plenty of outlets and ways to plug in our various devices. Devices. I've come to respect and appreciate the holiday in express brand and this location doesn't disappoint."

"My company uses this hotel for anyone traveling to our corporate office. I've been staying at this hotel for office visits for the last two years (usually 3-4 nights at a time). Staff are always kind and attentive. The regional staff are also above and beyond amazing! My rooms have always been clean. It's also a great area with restaurants/entertainment, even a nearby walking trail. Had to leave my positive review for anyone considering this as a hotel for company stays."

"It's a Holiday Inn Express, and a relatively new building at that. This hotel has all that an HIE normally has. The room was great, quiet and dark. There is a barn door between the bathroom and the sleeping area. The AC was loud though, almost like there was something wrong with it. The thing that makes a stay at HIE good or bad is service, and that'd be front desk, breakfast and housekeeping. Person working the front desk was overwhelmed, but did a great job. Breakfast was OK, but I don't like biscuits and gravy. Housekeeping could have been better. There were whiskers on the bathroom counter, and spots on the carpet. Little things that could have been taken care of to make the stay a little nicer."
