"Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Pool was cold and pool room air temperature was just plain chilly. Grandview itself is kind of a dump."

"I would leave zero stars if I could. I had this room booked for 2-3 months in advance. They called on the morning of my stay to confirm and get my new credit card number (had a card stolen and had to get a new one since I had booked). My card was charged immediately. When we arrived a few hours later at 4:30 PM, the clerk told me they overbooked and we did not have a room. They sent us to a different hotel, several miles away that we had driven right past and could of stopped on the way, had they bothered to call and tell me. They told us the room was all set up at the new place, which it was not. They also told me this is "normal" practice for them. The clerk would not give me the manager's name and contact number so that I could call him/her so I am leaving a review here. I would never book here again!"

"This place is clean and spacious. Rooms are nice and come with coffee makers, hairdryers, microwave and mini fridge . Good selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby. Friendly service. Easy access to highwsys."

"My elderly mother made a reservation with the desk clerk who quoted her $149, just under $200 with taxes and fees. she refused to send an e-mail confirmation. After our stay, they charged $249... $300 total for a basic hotel in an area that is nor considered safe!!! The manager refused to even speak to us on the phone at the front desk. She called later and gaslighted her way through the conversation. Extreme scam!!"

"Too many issues. Front desk Egon (I didn’t understand him so I was asking him to repeat what he said he got upset) is rude and unprofessional will argue but can’t speak proper English so he gets frustrated if you ask him to repeat himself. Basically was trying to embarrass me by telling management I had a 45.00 fee left to pay which was no problem he just didn’t make sense when explaining. He shouldn’t be at the front desk if he will treat black customers with less respect as soon as he sees us. He was picking his nose before I walked over with my drink didn’t wash his hands and printed paper off and gave to me. Key cards deactivate too much. Wifi doesn’t work at all hasn’t worked my entire stay. Breakfast is subpar. I travel all over for work this is a 2star hotel completely. Beds are comfy that’s all. Besides that it’s a big inconvenience with only having one way in. Bathroom is still old. Won’t be traveling with Holiday Inn anymore. There’s other reviews but they turned it off when people have bad experiences"
