Dollar General,

"It appears that Dollar General does not really care about the customer experience at this location (Store #17780). A few months back I was waiting in checkout while the Manager (Kim) was conversing with a delivery man. She made eye contact with me but did not come over to check me out. After waiting some time I finally just asked her if she would check me out so I could go. She said she did not see me standing there. Every since that day, everytime she is working I am always waiting in line for a long time. Today another associate was ignoring me as well. I believe I am being retaliated against because I spoke up to Kim about the poor customer service. Today she informed me that Dollar General is more concerned with the shelves being stocked & that they needed more help to assist customers. I couldn't believe I was hearing this from a Manager. I spoke with the DM, but I believe that she was actually in the store already as this was happening. I am really shocked at the lack of professionalism I witnessed today from Dollar General."

"This store started off super clean , organized and well stocked. It progressively went downhill which appears to coincide with the negative demeanor of mgt and employees."

"was told no more baskets to carry around because of theft, minutes later an employee walks up to a random person looking at stuff and goes off and tells him he better have money to pay, he said yes of course he was; and we were both astonished. she went on even more saying that if he did try to leave without paying she would call the police. he was just looking for something in the store, she was so out of line. hope he and his friend complains. the prices didn't match what was posted as well. police had already showed up while i and the people they profiled were in line to watch everyone. all within first 30 minutes of opening. just wow. had other problems here before. poor management, rude employees, that profiling was crazy, price problems, machine problems, list goes on."

"Ain't never had a problem coming here as long as I've been coming here except with the cashier tonight (12/21) working. Very rude. It's fine. I'll go to the other one by my house"
