"I don't believe you have to pay a deposit for a service animal That is not re Refundable And then you gotta wait 10 minutes for the water to get hot from being cold. And it's not a pet deposit if you have. This place has no laundry service. The people that worker are rude. If you need something, you have to go by as in toilet paper or anything else.. It's all about money not customer service and not handicap for the office to pay look at picture."

"The owner asked to keep our debit card and write down our info to take with him to the other hotel 'Deluxe Inn' because you have to go over there to book a tiny cabin. The tiny cabin we were given was poor in sanitation and cleanliness. He had a very rude attitude and so did his mother. I wouldn't recommend for a long stay because they'll bang on your door and demand you pay upfront. Not to mention they act so differently when it's time to check out at 11. If it's not about money they don't wanna hear it. Poor service and poor customer care. You get one simple A/C Unit and you're lucky if it works. Rats, mice, roaches and no maintenence."

"very poor would never stay here. first the sink had like no water coming out when turned on. second there are mice badly here. first night there we learned that the fridge does not work and. it turn on and off a lot. the room was disgusting."

"I take my previous comment, which was "JUST DON'T!", back and replacing it with this one......SERIOUSLY, JUST DON'T!!! First, we sat in the parking lot waiting for a room to be cleaned for 3 hours! When we finally got the disgusting, absolutely foul room, which we paid 85 dollars for!!!!!!!! With a refundable $5 key deposit. Remember that one. We watched them clean every room and they didn't change 1 comforter. They changed all the sheets and towels but continued to use the same comforter on every room we watched being cleaned. Then at MIDNIGHT the crazy, cracked out lady running the office came knocking...no...pounding on our door and when we answered she said "oh, sorry" turned around and walking away asked if we paid for our dog. Which we did. Then at 10:30AM we are packing our vehicles, putting my own sheets and blankets back into my car taking our time not seeing a light in the office. We go to get our $5 key deposit back at around 11AM where the office was locked, so we knocked on the door for probably 5 minutes where the crazy, cracked out lady sat up looked at us, sleeping on a cot IN THE OFFICE then continued to ignore us for a few more minutes when she got up, putting her clothes back on, opened the door and said "WHAT?"....and fussily have our deposit back. NEVER AGAIN."
