"I requested for Rebecca to do my blood draw since I had a such great experience with her. She was very efficient and good with the needle. She is very intuitive and listens very well on your concerns and skillfully attend to your concerns. It is nice to not be scare to go get your blood draw. Thank you Rebecca. I will be seeing you again soon to have my daughter’s blood draw in couple days."

"When the phlebotomist came to get me in the waiting room she called my name. She didn't say anything else to me except for "hold this." Meaning she wanted me to hold the cotton after she had drawn blood. After hold this she said "we're done.: She didn't ask me who I was when I sat down. She didn't ask me why I was there or tell me what was going to be done. She didn't have me confirm the stickers and as a matter of fact she didn't put the stickers on the tubes until after she had drawn the blood. And she did not have me sign my name on the black pad. I've never seen her before at that location and I've been going to that location for a while, but either she was not having a good day or she's just not a people person. She probably needs to be behind the scenes. 75th St at Georgetown Medical Bldg. Overland Park, Kansas."

"I recently came here to get my blood drawn (had previously scheduled an appointment but they do take walk-ins) and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The check in process was done via self kiosk and was pretty self-explanatory, so even those who are not tech-savvy should have no problem figuring out how to check in and scan their ID/insurance card. I tend to get nervous around needles, but the technician who drew my blood made me feel super at ease and she did it so fast I didn’t even have time to get nervous. I had a great experience here and will definitely come back the next time I need blood work!"

"I'm really disappointed in the level of service at this Quest location. I just needed to drop off a self-collection sample, but this was a major hassle. Even though there were only 2 people in the waiting room and a cancellation, the staff spent 5 minutes explaining to me why they couldn't take my sample and that I needed to come back 2 hours later for an appointment. There were three staff and all of them were chatting with each other in the back. Dealing with Quest is always a major hassle. Now I have to drive back across town, wait 2 hours, and waste additional time with them."
