"if i could give them 0 stars, i would. i was referred to premier imaging kc for additional labs before my surgery. gone 3.5 weeks without them ever contacting me. i have called premier imaging EVERY OTHER DAY & never got an answer or return. definitely, the lowest level of medical professionalism i've ever experienced."
"Was trying to schedule MRI appointment after the previous one got canceled causes of the technical issues at the office Spent almost an hour on the phone for that but after being "on hold" for 22 minutes each time back to back just got the automatic answering service "to leave a message". So during one hour No One got a chance to answer my call which is ridiculous to my knowledge! Now, just wondering how soon I'll get their call back to schedule my MRI appointment."
"It took three weeks to call me after they had my referral from my Doctor and then an additional week until they could get me in. There was no reason to make me wait that long just for a call to schedule. Overe the next 30 days I just got sicker waiting for a call. The scariest part about being sick is not knowing what's going on."
"Just called to reschedule a CT scan. A very sweet caring girl, named Courtney was very understanding and supportive and answered my questions. I was very apprehensive, but she made me feel totally comfortable. She answered my questions and was very thankful and appreciative."
"I absolutely must rave about my experience at Encompass/premier imaging on wornal/101st. Not only did the business office work with me on payments but the office manager and administrator watched my little guy and gave him cookies so I could FINALLY get the CT scan done!!!!!! Now waiting on my doc to review images and tell me what the next step will be! I highly recommend this facility and the staff. I legitimately felt like they cared and Pam was just as determined as I was to get me my scan!!!! Feeling blessed today. The entire staff from the front desk to the back offices and techs....I am amazed and thankful!!"
