The frame wasn't at their store so I was given the option to pick it up from their warehouse or have it delivered free. I chose delivery on a day of my choosing. Update 5/2/23: We chose to have a designer come to the house and help us with design ideas and choosing what we wanted. She got back to us in less than a week to make an appointment to come to the store and give us her ideas. It made the whole furniture shopping experience so much easier. We got 2 different deliveries of furniture and the delivery guys were great! They were so respectful of our home, they protected doorways, walls and carpet. They made sure that everything was exactly where we wanted it and what we expected. We did have 2 minor issues with our furniture after delivery and Nicole, in customer service was great. She got everything taken care of with no fuss and quickly."
