"EDIT: You REALLY NEED AN ONLINE PRESENCE. I love brick and mortar shopping, but we can’t always get to the physical store. Please consider making your items available online like Hobby Lobby does. Not being able to shop your stores online is a huge negative in our current times. I just stopped for spring decor and more doggy toys. LOVE this store and the staff are always incredibly nice and helpful. This company does a good job taking care of its customers and the prices are still quite good, even post-Covid. They definitely have some of the best prices for dog toys. Way to go Home Goods!"

"I purchased a large mirror on Friday and decided to take advantage of the same day delivery advertised in the store. This service is contracted out to a company called PICKUPNOW. PICKUPNOW has not delivered the mirror and it is now Monday. They have made ever excuse from the stores hours, the stores inventory (I purchased the last mirror of its kind) , the stores location and is not based on delivery speed. Although they offer SAME DAY delivery. I have already paid them $118 to deliver as they bill ahead of time. Trusting that Home goods vetted this company before recommending them. They don’t have live customer service and only respond via email. I am being told now that they will “attempt” to get the mirror delivered to me tonight (it’s currently 6Pm). They went from a window of 10am-2pm to basically anytime between 6pm- 10pm if they can find a driver. The expectation that someone will take off work and or sit around for days on end for a service they’ve already paid for is insane! Do not use the same day delivery service! It’s a scam."

"Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Great prices on everything from snacks to dog beds to furniture. A little crowded with merchandise. I am so incredibly impressed with how much they care about their customers! Sanitizer stations everywhere, employees clean carts individually as they are returned, cashier counters & credit card machine disinfected immediately. Fantastic attention to all the details that will keep folks healthier!"
