"Went in on a Tuesday and paid at 610pm to exchange a propane tank. Walked out and pulled up to the cages. Sat and waited for someone they called to come help. After 15 minutes I went in to ask if someone was coming out and they reassured me that someone would be right there. Cue up another 18 minutes of waiting. Thats what I get for trying to use up a gift card. Thought going at an off time would make things easier. Never again will I go to someplace that isn’t self service. Home Depot will always be my go to. 33 minutes to simply exchange a tank is ridiculous no matter how badly staffed you are."

"Sells you frozen mud then says it wasn't from inside but froze on the 10 minute drive to the job. It WAS from inside and Lowe's is trash, going to Home Depot. Not only bought a trash product but wasted my time and my crew's."

"I ordered a new grill and it was supposed to be put together, as I paid for that service, a week and a half ago. When I call they just tell me they will get to it when they get to it. When you request the store manager, she’s “never in”. If you then get annoyed and request an assistant manager they just put you on hold and never pick the phone back up. So after 30 minutes each time, you hang up. At this point I will never shop at this store again. How do places stay open when they treat customers like this? Since I see they like to ask you to call the main corporate offices in the reviews. Ya, I have done that too. They just tell you to take it up with the store manager. The exact words were something along the lines of “I’m just a telephone assistant, I can’t do anything for you”."
