"This place was cute and it a perfect spot for where we needed to be. The hostess at the front desk, Nicole I believe was fantastic. The only complaint I had was the paper thin walls that I could hear outside the car and cycle reving it's engine for a good 1.5 hours and the bro party in the hallway. Otherwise would recommend and stay again"

"This hotel was Excellent!! My husband and I stayed here two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The location was right in the heart of Westport and very ideal for those that may be foodies!! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, the room was beautiful and the beds were unbelievably comfortable!!!! Could have stayed in bed all day if I could…. We didn’t have not one issue with any employees they were all wonderful and pleasant. The restaurant experience was great as well, huge shout out to Raj who was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be coming back it was the BEST experience I’ve had at a hotel in a long time!!"

"I would give this hotel zero stars if it was possible. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and would not recommend it to anyone! When I checked in, I put my card down on a deposit for my room. I then went to my room to find it was already occupied by somebody else. I then went back down to get a new room in which they assigned me a new one. Before leaving the lobby, I asked the front desk worker and double-checked that my card information was taken off the previous room and she assured me I had nothing to worry about and that it was switched to my new room. I came to find out a couple of weeks after checkout, that was not the case. My card was charged a $100 cleaning fee for the room I did not stay in. When I contacted the hotel and spoke to the front desk lady, she looked in their data system and admitted that it was the hotel's mistake and that the manager would have my money refunded in less than 24 hours. I did not receive my money, so I contacted the manager directly. She basically told me it was not her fault and it sucks I got my money taken. She then proceeded to tell me it was not her problem and that I needed to find a way to get the $100 from the people staying in the room that got charged to my card. We are over two months since I stayed there and she still refuses to give me a refund which her employee admitted I deserve. I will never stay in this hotel again as the staff is very unpleasant and legitimately stole my money and refuses to give it back after admitting they messed up."

"Nicely remodeled hotel; staff were friendly, hotel was clean, shower was great, bed was comfortable and the gym was well equipped. Some small details could be improved: no coffee in the room, desk didn’t have an outlet, and restaurant offerings were limited. Location is within walking distance of a lot of bars; probably fun on a weekend but there didn’t seem to be much besides bars around so for a work trip the location wasn’t ideal. Great for the price though and would stay again!"

"This is an amazing hotel. Staff is amazing , Lovely the GM make sure her guests are welcome and feel at home. The rest of her team at front desk , bar and housekeeping are amazing as well. Reminds me of the show Cheers when you walk in everyone knows your name. Rooms were clean and well appointed. This is my place to stay on my next trip to KC."
