"What a JOKE! On line order did not work, tried to call (6 TIMES) guy kept saying "hello hello...how come this phone never works", was over charged due to on line screw up...wouldn't take the code, clerk carried on a "chat" with a couple of teens while others and I waited in line (5-6), clerk said if you get overcharged you can come back in and talk to the manager and that the problem was because the pizza maker has a bad attitude!! Then, the pizza was so undercooked it was like a wet dish rag. Never again"
"Stopped in while visiting Advent Health across the street, plenty of choices in the glass warmers, not over the top WOW but not horrible either, average but always appreciated to have the choice when there is literally no where else around for miles. Store was clean, clerk must have been having a bad say, she doesn't smile or seem the least bit personable even when I'm being friendly and polite, got the feeling she was seriously inconvenienced just ringing up my order. I get that it gets busy at times and you deal with a lot of people, but it leaves room for a little improvement."
"3 times in a row I go in during normal lunch hours and absolutely zero food. I’m not exaggerating when I say zero. All glass cabinets that hold pizza, burgers, chicken strips ETC are empty. Walk in every employee on there phone standing still. Didn’t know 12:30pm wasn’t lunch time. Don’t advertise the stuff on your building if you don’t stock it. Disgusting."
"I liked the customer service. The pizza & other yummy treats that come out of Casey's kitchen are mostly pretty good. The store carries a large variety of snacks & and drinks. The fuel pumps work well & the parking lot, the store including restrooms, are clean, & kept up."
"I have gone there on several occasions and they always seem to be out of the fountain sodas that I want. Last week, same as this week, in two separate machines. I told the clerk both times. Neither seemed to care. I wanted ranch dressing to go with my lunch & they're consistently out of it. I grabbed a blue cheese one instead this time...turns out it is expired by nearly 3 months. Yuck!"
