"Hy vee in no way deserves one star. It’s has 4*+ reputation. And I am so satisfied that this gas store does everything so well. But I feel there is always room for further improvement. And that would be to train the young lad at the register to be more professional and cordial towards the customers. Lacking customer service etiquette and manners is a big No..No in any business. As the patrons look up to Hy-Vee so Hy-Vee should look up to their patrons. It’s a compromise we all have to make. Thank you for making a note on my feed back."

"Once again Hy-Vee Bakery on 87th Street does another stellar job! The cake decorators are always amazingly talented at turning your idea into a beautiful custom cake. They go above and beyond, cannot recommend the team enough!"
"The food I ordered was delicious. Both the side salad and the quesadilla were great, and the cook was friendly and helpful. I hate to comment back, but after i ate, I purchased 6 mini cupcakes for a friend's birthday and gave them to her the next day. She told me they were very stale. She said that all 6 were and they didn't even finish them all. I had 3 different flavors so it really surprised me to hear that. Sorry for the bad review on those."
