"(Tanger Outlet) I can't rate the product because of the service...or, lack of. We visited the store on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. We were the first customers of the day, and were looking forward to purchasing some spicy treats for the pepper-lover of the family. Well, the first strike was that the lone salesperson never acknowledged our presence, or looked up from her phone. Strike two was that she never offered to assist when we were next to the register wondering, aloud, about a product. Strike 3 was when we asked her, directly, about a products price, she instructed us to "look under the bottom". Again, never looking up from her phone, and never offering any additional information. So, since she couldn't be bothered to assist...we didn't bother to make a purchase! Pepper Palace, she has urgent business on her phone, so...SHE NEEDS TO GO!!! UPDATE: I find it interesting that the owner response posted asks for my contact information so that they can get additional details about my visit. I submitted it, as requested, but there has been no contact. Maybe their response was just for show."
