"Was excited to shop for wedding dresses here, but was soon faced with disappointment. The wedding dresses are preowned/and or used. Why pay $800 for a used dress when you can get a NEW one and in your size just a few hundred dollars more somewhere else."

"I had a great experience shopping for a dress, and when the dress came in for the first fitting. Unfortunately that is where it ended. When I went for final fitting I kept being told to stand up straight, that the length was off because I wasn't standing up straight. Well one side of the dress was longer. I wish they had made the dress to fit me, and how I stand instead of trying to make me fit into their alterations. Got frustrated and just took it as is, still longer than I wanted it. Seems it happened to another bridesmaid and our bride also."
