"As a physician I waited 20 minutes on the phone and never had a response. After calling the store they proceeded to tell me the pharmacy had closed. Very poor customer service."
"This location really needs to get it together. I used to use the location on Central School Road & I never had any issues. I recently moved near this location on South K & have used it twice and it has been awful each time. I got a vaccine there in October and one in November. Went on weekdays and there were no customers waiting in the pharmacy. Both times it took over 30 minutes because the staff forgot that I was waiting. I will not be using this location again for anything, no matter how close it is to my house!"

Even during busy hours I have been serviced quickly and politely. In Blue Springs it was common to need to return hours later and hope you didn't wait 30minutes to pick up your RX."
