"We used IAutoAgent to help us purchase a work truck. We have specific requirements we needed for this truck and a limited budget. We worked with Chris and he found us the perfect truck and helped us get the right price for it. We ran into a small issue on the dealership end from where it was located and Chris was there 100% making sure everything was taken care and put the issue to rest. He followed with us to make sure taken care of. We really liked the whole process. We basically just told them what we needed, budget, and how far they could look. We thought we gave them an impossible task but after a few short weeks we had several options to chose from. They gave us their honest opinion on which they thought would be best overall truck for us. They have a third party mechanic overhaul the truck making sure it's mechanically sound. We also thought their service fee for everything they did was super reasonable. We could have never found the quality of truck they did and so quickly.
