The car wash never works and I have had a car wash operator tell me I needed to wait for him to finish his phone call before he would pull me into the car wash. This place is a joke"

"The assistant manager and her colleague were making fun/ talking bad about a customer who was paying in change. There is no reason to belittle or make fun of someone just because their wealth status or how they pay. I think as a manager there should be more professionalism. I am a former manager and would not allow this type of manor in my establishment."
