"I go there a lot for tobacco. Always friendly people. So I was surprised to be gaslighted today when I told the cashier that the pastry I just bought smells funny and tastes like turpentine and he responds with "smells like pecan to me". And then stuck me with it!!"

"I had a problem with an item I purchased at the shanty. It only cost 18$ so I did not expect them to be able to return or exchange a small item like the one I bought. I talked to Jesse on the phone and dealt with Brenda in the store and they were more than helpful. They Determined that it may have been a defective product and they exchanged the item that I bought for no cost. I guarantee there is no other store around that would have done this for me. In the past $18 wouldn’t have mattered to me I probably wouldn’t have even called, but I recently had a child and money is tighter than ever LOL. I appreciate the favor, keep with the good business and I will be back in the future! Thanks girls!"

"Never go to the Shanty if you want to buy a Juul or Juul products. 34.99 for only the device itself while QT sells it for 8.99!!!! When I tried telling them the price was wrong the guy working there looked high out of his mind and had no clue what I was talking about. Was also rude about it and said “well then go somewhere else” acting all tough in front of some chick he was trying to impress. He’s a total poser and douche bag. I was a regular at this place but will never return because of this. Terrible customer service."

"Wow, these ladies are amazing. We came in to get some cbd oil for an older relative that was extremely sick. The information was way above convenience store knowledge. I reccomend this place highly for anybody that has any questions or in the area snack needs. I am blown away at how helpful and friendly this little hole in the wall was. ABOVE and BEYOND service. 5***"
