"Homeless solicitor at the entrance going in circles with a handicap motorized cart. Then I go inside with my handicap son, and ask for a basket so I can push it along with his wheelchair, she goes onto be rude, then tells me that they don't have baskets and that I'll have to either leave my child outside or use a normal cart... My child is 7. He's wheelchair bound and unable to sit upright safely on his own... Its pretty obvious plus I even explained it when I asked for the basket. No carol cart (non motorized handicap cart) available at this location either."

"It's an ok grocery store. I think the big problem is customer is hit and miss. Not everyone's friendly and not every worker wants to be bothered with a question...lol."

"Schnucks has always been a family friendly store. They usually have great sales going on. I use the reward program they have and it's amazing. I get cash back all the time to use in the store. The store is clean and organized. Sometimes they are out of stock of a lot of items. The employees are friendly and helpful most of the time. Lines are usually short. They have handicap parking and entrances."

"Produce, deli, bakery, specialty departments are well stocked and easy to navigate. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is always clean. Today, I arrived at the checkout line with a torn box. Thelma was extremely helpful in fixing the problem and taking care of me."

"I love this Schnucks!!! I've probably talked to someone in every department at one time or another, and EVERYONE I have encountered here has been AMAZING from start to finish. Anytime I have a question or need to place an order with produce, deli, bakery, or floral (the departments I use most for party planning) they've always been so kind to me, and everything has always been perfect. Today, I had birthday balloons filled, a fried chicken order made and picked up my donut order. The ladies in these departments were so helpful and they helped ease any pre-party anxiety I had. The lady working in floral helped me get my balloons and groceries from her department all the way to my car! Talk about service! I shop here for groceries all the time because of the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep doing what you guys are doing because it's working! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!"
