"i started an order in store for a vanilla ice cream cone at 9:59. it turned 10:00 before i pressed submit. the apparent manager on duty told me that i could not get my order because at 10:00 the system would not let the store sell me the ice cream. two ice cream cones were being given to other customers as she told me this. i guess the system has no function for customer service."
"Went in for a flavor coffee, they were out, when brought to the cashier attention, I was told there is another QT down the road a mile or so try there. This place went down hill seriously bad. There are homeless people that stand just inside the East door asking for money. I know times are hard but seriously QT shouldn't let them loiter inside the store asking people for money. Heck, give them a job. Help them up That way."
