He is a shrewd negotiator, so know what you're looking for, and know market prices when you go, and know what you want to pay. I found him to be honest, forthright, and trying to make a decent profit, as any good business should. Have cash, and act like a serious buyer, and he will deal with you on the level. Remember: You don't want to buy a car from the lowest margin, cheapest seller - they are motivated to hide issues, and won't be in business long. Sam has been doing this a long time, and has the skills and connections to get great used cars. Once we made the call, the paperwork was swift, and they delivered on everything they should. No hassle. OH! Do yourself a favor after you get your new wheels, go next door to the hamburger place and order a Hawaiian Burger, as recommended by Sam - It was a delish reward for a negotiation well done and a car ready to go home after a weeks long search spanning many car lots and hundreds of online listings."

"Everyone I met was friendly and accommodating. Smaller lot but they had something for anyone I bought a 2012 GMC canyon with 52k miles. Only 2 issues with the truck. First was a cracked windshield, to which I was compensated for. Secondly, it was a single cab which wasn't going to work for what I needed. I asked if they'd move a camper shell off another truck for this one and they did without any hesitation."
