I originally had my eyes on the mustang in the lot. Instead, I left the lot with a nightmare of getting a truck instead. LET ME TELL YOU. I was lied to from the very beginning. I repeat, I WAS LIED TO. If you buy a car from here, just go back to your x. I was pressured, I was rushed, I was under the statement of hurry the f8!@ up and give me my money vibes. While talking with the gentleman in the office he told me he never once looked under the hood. Go ahead ask yourself. Would you buy a candle if you haven’t got to smell it? Buying all these lies of how the truck is in old condition but good to drive and won’t give me any issues sold me. The truck had a clicking noise from the very beginning and I kept telling them and the old man claimed to not hear anything. Lord. Blind and deaf. Running a business. Just like his brother president Biden. The very first day I drove off the lot. The service light came on. Not even 1 hour of driving down the road. 2 weeks later the gasket went out. I pray that you do not get a vehicle from here. Please look the other way and run as fast as you possibly can. They buy all these water broke down cars that look nice on the outside and give you more problems than you grandma not passing her salt. Please do not go here. I would not recommend this to a person I hate of how bad the service was as a whole."

"Salesman was pretty good. Would have drove away with a truck if the prices were a bit better. They do have some nice stuff and are reasonable on trade ins."

"Would give them none if I could. They sold us an unsafe vehicle to drive. When we test drive it with one of their salesman in the vehicle, it was making noise, they told us to bring it back and they would fix it. We took it back and they said 3 days for the part, never received a call back after several attempts to contact their shop 417 Auto. So paid for the repair myself and they refuse to reimburse me for what they didn't fix. They took advantage of us knowing that we had to have a vehicle as mine was in an accident and totaled. Some friends went with us at the same time and also bought a vehicle (this was a Saturday), Monday the check engine light came on and so they were told to take the vehicle to 417 Auto as well. They told them that they would be responsible for the repairs as well. Stay far away from this business if you are wanting a drivable vehicle. They are scammers."

"We found the truck we were looking for and love it. The service was very nice that day we purchased it. After that we have called a couple times with questions and they never returned my calls. We had also purchased the warranty they offered. We recently had to use the warranty and it is not good for so many miles or a period of time like he said. It only pays $3000 total. So now we have no warranty after having it for less than 6 months. I called to tell them about it because why would I finance a $2500 warranty that only will pay $3000. He wasn't hateful but he also refused to accept the fact he was misleading when he sold this to me and hung up. Thankfully the warranty people and Hill's Automotive is going to work something out because of what they did."
