"Young gal at the window was on her phone talking to a friend. She did put the phone down to take our money but did not hang up. This is a frustrated review because she was not interested in doing her job. Then to make it worse our ice cream tasted weird. We love Braums and we were sad we stopped there that night."

"The manager on the night shift is a jerk. His name is Andrew and all he talks about while at work is his personal life and his romance life and that is something that should not be talked about at a work place he should also be aware of his surroundings when he's talking about his romance life infront of underage kids. I do not believe he deserves the title of being a manager let alone being an employee at Braums. I will say the food was good but the manager needs a reality check. The inappropriate talking shouldn't be done either no one wants to hear it not employees or customers."

"Visited this Brahms in Springfield Missouri. After a long day of visiting Silverdollar city, we stopped down for dinner, with about 18 in our party. Everyone enjoyed their food, and most of us enjoyed our ice cream treats for dessert. I had a cheeseburger meal, and a brownie sundae for dessert. There are great ice cream choices here. Anytime we had to this area, I always try to find a Brahms restaurant, because their food is so good, and their ice cream is awesome."
