"After reading these reviews it is very apparent that the way the gentleman behind the counter felt he needed to speak to individuals the way he did is not only the way he represents the store but who he is as an individual. I understand being firm especially when the store is full of people waiting on a bus, however to scream across the store and be on a power trip just because he can or because he feels entitled is unacceptable. If you sir can not handle stress from doing a job that involves people then do not have that job. Making someone wait outside when waiting for the games to start up is very disrespectful. Would you tell someone waiting for food to wait outside? What about waiting for you to take care of them as they wait at the counter for you? Pick your battles and when it comes to addressing any person for any reason learn the proper way not show your ignorance by showing anger and frustration. I personally did nothing wrong other than standing waiting patiently and your screamed at me for no reason. The person with me who over stepped you did what you needed to do but to continue afterthe fact and with people around was embarrassing and I myself felt disrespected. There are places that can be contacted and I have seen stings be done for the behavior of the employees and how they treat customers and how they present themselves. I will be contacting on my behalf and the way I was treated"
