"I'm not sure where to start. I was greeted by three of the stylists. The interaction was positive at first, but finished with general life complaints from each one. I waited approximately 10 mins until the stylist Bridgette introduced herself by simply asking, "do you want me to make you wait more"? The short abbreviated version of my experience with this stylist is that she was simply UNPROFESSIONAL. The detailed account of my experience is as follows: I preface this with I do not have many poor experiences at the salon/baber shop, but this was one of the few in my life. When I sat down in the chair Bridgette informed me that I haven't washed my hair in awhile (I use product in my hair), which is untrue and felt genuinely ironic coming from her. This was followed by many rude comments and a threat to "mess my hair up". When she claimed to be done with the haircut I asked if I could take a look at the back and she refused me the mirror and then proceeded to cut more and use the trimmers again on the back of my head. The haircut I received was acceptable after she fixed the back (which I am assuming she wasn't going to do had I not asked to see it). I found this experience bizarre and unsettling from a customers point of view."
