"Seen yesterday November 21,1:30 appointment was told by receptionist this person did a great job, well that's not true person in training came from Great Clips or similar business. Brought in pictures showed video how cut is achieved was in chair over an hour my hair was chin length. If I knew she was training never have set in chair I explained in June professional family pictures were to take place cut need to be just like picture .
