"Areli did a great job on my hair today! Abbye did amazing on my daughter in laws hair today! We love the dry bar!!"
"The girl who did my hair was great, however, plan for much longer for your service than it says online. I booked at 10:15 thinking it would be over at 11 due to the booking portal online. I went back and checked and it says “allow 45 minutes for your appointment”. I had an appointment scheduled after my blowout that I missed because it took an extra 15 minutes than it was supposed and my hair fell flat almost immediately."
"Edit: I’ve now been to this location 4 more times and have had an excellent experience every single time. I kept my double barfly membership. I highly recommend this as a treat to yourself or for a special occasion! This location is so frustrating I want to give it one star, but I will give it 2 because 50% of the time it’s a decent experience. I’ve been to this location 4 times, I always book my appointments in advance, usually 2 weeks out. The first time I went in, I enjoyed it and decided the become a barfly. The second time I went in, the appointment was nearly 45 minutes late. I was told the owner would send me an email offering a free blowout to make up for the delay-that did not happen. I cancelled my barfly membership. The tried again after some time passed and the experience was better although they didn’t offer anything to drink and when I asked for water while in the chair, they forgot. Since the experience was okay, I rejoined the barfly. Went in for my 4th time and they were again, running late and never gave me the drink they offered. I had to cancel my appointment because I wouldn’t have time to get ready for my event. I think they see the people that are not barflys and try to treat them better so that they join but once they have your money, your time and experience is not valuable to them."
"EDIT: Darlene and Ann were kind enough to invite me back for a service with Karli and she was absolutely incredible. She did such an amazing and thorough job and exceeded my expectations. I will be booking with her moving forward. Thank you for your excellent customer service! So I honestly wasn’t going to leave a bad review but in the past 24 hours I’ve thought a lot about the service I received. I have extensions and the girl I was booked with was very inexperienced and took a very, very, very long time with drying them. It had been almost an hour into the service and only half of my hair had been dried because she was going very light and very slow. She told me she was new but finally about an hour in two different stylists had to come help her dry and style my hair because she had fallen very behind and they were all getting stressed because a party was about to come in. I told them all this is fine but the problem is that my hair didn’t receive a consistent blow out and the sides of my hair she did are incredibly frizzy because she didn’t use enough tension and to top it off quite a few of my strands came out. I don’t think I saw her even apply heat protectant just a volume spray. The fact that I had three stylists, two of whom seemed to know what they were doing but didn’t step in until the end, I don’t feel like I got the level of consistency I should have received. She told me she had only been there two weeks and while I am normally okay for someone who is learning to do my hair, I just feel like my service was not properly done and then it was rushed to be completed so that a large group could come in. It’s just not the same as a blow out I had not even a week before from a different salon and honestly almost felt like a waste of money for my hair to now feel so dry and frizzy in certain spots."
"I absolutely love going to The DryBar. I will find any excuse to go great my hair washed, blown out, and styled. Not to mention their complimentary drinks. Service is always the best. I especially enjoyed Kaylee doing my hair. She did an excellent job. Hair stayed all day and night."
