"I received the worst haircut of my life from Lisa on 1/28/24. She did not even use scissors. She life marks all over the back of my neck and around my ears. Not too mention the haircut itself looked horrendous. My hair was completely uneven. Never going back. If they allow someone of this caliber to cut hair then they have lost my business and respect. If Lisa is about to cut your hair I strongly recommend walking out before you is able to manhandle your head."

"now i would leave a negative star review if there something for that but usually no place that exists that should have a negative star, but wait until you go to this one, now i know other that have came here with different people that cut their hair but seems to me that all but a guy do a bad job. i was going from long to short hair, what i asked was maybe 3 inches on top (coming from 6-7) and not only did the person mess up by not 1, not 2, but i ended up coming out with less than 1 inch of hair on my head. they took like 30-40ish minutes to do it (really never takes that long for what they did) after all that they do any of the wanted washing to my hair or anything like that, and she put product in my hair which not only do i not really like to use, she didnt ask if i wanted it, and what person is going to want product in their hair if they are going to take a shower right after (and if you dont then you are weird). long story short i think i would rather have edward scissorhands or helen keller cut my hair because now it looks like i have bald patches (im not even 20), i think i would rather be bald coming out of this experience. and ive been to other sports clips and they dont seem bad, i think i would actually go there almost every time i needed a haircut but i wouldnt wish my worst enemies or people i hate to go here."

"I like the check in system they have here so there is no waiting. Check in using the app and you get a text when you need to be there. Stylist are always attentive and do a good job. It's a little pricey, especially if you get the MVP."
