"I’ve visited several times over the years & I feel the quality hasn’t been the best the last couple of times that I stopped by for a pedicure. Today, I upgraded to the green tea service. I barely had my legs rubbed & never had my feet massaged at all. Ugh!!! One of the main reasons I came in today. I kept waiting thinking she was going to, but then she finished with the polish & left to the next client. I never received a foot mask either. When checking out, I mentioned not getting my feet massaged twice & she just asked if I wanted to add a tip. I think I’ll be finding a new salon."

"I went to diamond nails today, the techs are very friendly and it was a great atmosphere. I just don’t feel like the level of service is as high as their prices. Today, I payed $75 for a gel pedicure and the results I got just left me disappointed. I expect for the polish to go on clean and not smudged. The whole thing just looks very sloppy.."

"Mimi did my toes and Nina did my nails. These 2 ladies were amazing! They took their time and made sure everything was to my satisfaction! My hunt for a nail salon that has great customer service and a relaxing atmosphere is over! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you ladies!!! The young guy who did my daughters nails did take almost 3 hours for a dip and pedi and thought hers was a little pricey for what she got."
