"The 1 star is only because it's needed to leave a review. I don't know what's changed but there is clearly something different. I tried getting pedicures for myself and another person 2 days in a row. The first time I was told they were done taking clients for the day at 4pm. I thought it was odd but decided to come back at opening the next day. When we arrived at 9am the next day there were two customers being serviced and were turned away once again for an "appointment at 10:30am". I asked the guy (same person from both days) to repeat the time of his next appointment and hesitantly he said "10:30" again. He was very rude both days!! I've endured the inattentiveness and rushing through service in the past since it is so close to where I live and I was already at Walmart anyway but never again!! They will NOT get a chance to turn me away again! They could really use help with communication and there is nothing else they can do for me or to resolve my issue with the way I was treated. I would appreciate it if the owner does not even reply to my review. No thanks!!"

"I wish I remembered the name of the woman who did my nails. She was fantastic and even after a week my acrylic nails are growing out beautifully. I was unhappy with the acrylics I got elsewhere and the nails I got from regal blew me away."
