"I arrived a few minutes before my slated arrival time, and the 'Check-in board' said I had a 27 minute wait. While I was waiting, another man said down and commented that the board said he was going to have to wait a similar amount of time. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Why did I have to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled arrival time (the wait was at least 10 minutes longer than the board said it would be when I arrived)?"

"I've gone here several times to get my hair cut. I live 45 minutes away. I looked to check in and it was 70 minutes so did some shopping and looked again and still 70 minutes so went ahead and checked in online. Told us when to come so did a few more errands and went to the shop and had to wait 25 minutes LONGER to get my hair cut. Don't see much point in checking in online and having to wait that long."
