"Wow....one good review. Yes the one young man who works is friendly but the service is horrible! Laundry mat attached is advertised as free WiFi and air conditioning....not true! I'm assuming since this is now the only laundry mat in Atchison, they don't care about the quality of the business! Washers and dryers are not taken care of, little to no maintenance at all. Many out of order and have been for several months. Some dryers, they will tell you that it stops in the middle of drying and jus to push in on the bottom bc the doors won't stay shut. Have been here before with dog poop, dog hair all over inside washers. Came back the following day to find the same thing. Floors do get swept at night and mopped but washers seem to never get cleaned. Today I flushed the toilet in the laundry area and water was shooting out the tank. Reported to guy working and he said okay...still here and water still everywhere! Since this is all that is available, I will have no choice to do laundry here today but am pretty grossed out!"
