"Not organized, outdated, not clean enough for the price. Breakfast was barely anything. Hard to receive customer service and language barrier. A request was made for main floor. Was not fulfilled and no elevator."

"After checking in everything seemed to be going just fine. But when it came time for bed, found the bed to be crawling with bed bugs! Disgusting and the front desk manager was rude as hell didn't even listen to anything I had to say about the bed bugs. Would not recommend!"

"It's a truly basic place to stay, which is fine if the traveler is ok with this to save some money. The room I stayed in was quite run down, and the hallways, side rooms, and welcome area all suggest this as well. It was clean enough that it didn't make us feel overly uncomfortable, but we're unlikely to return when we visit at our daughter at Benedictine College. There was an oddity with our room assignment and keys that remains a bit of a mystery. The front desk person looked at his computer a *long* time before getting me keys programmed to the room. It seemed as though he didn't see a reservation or room for me (which I booked weeks in advance on Priceline). Then we also had a different room style with two full beds rather than the king room per my reservation. Within a few hours after returning from dinner, both my keys stopped working. The same front desk person was visibly surprised but quickly reprogrammed my keys and we went to bed. The next morning at checkout (before 8a), a lady at the front desk expressed surprise herself, asking me to repeat what room number I was checking out of. She picked up a different set of keys already ready for that room on the desk in front of her, but then simply thanked me for our stay. Through all this I had a feeling we were in the wrong room, but we completed our stay and left decently rested. Be aware of these quirks!"

"It's a basic Motel with basic amenities. It served us well while dropping off our son at Benedictine College. The manager was very nice. The housekeeping staff, a male and female, were very nice! They gave us fresh towels daily and made beds and cleaned room. We stayed 3 nights. The price was great! There was moisture in the air, but that's because it was so humid with a mix of rain and sunshine. There was a small continental breakfast that was good enough. I mean, you can't beat the price compared to the other hotels. If you have super high expectations, don't stay here, but we were just fine. Close to e everything, even the college. I didn't get the names of the staff, but they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again for the price."

"Do not stay here!!! The smell was so awful we were gagging. Turned on the bathroom fan and black stuff flew out. Stains on the sheets. Staff couldn’t be bothered to stop smoking outside to actually do any work. We ended up leaving and just losing our money because I couldn’t allow my family to stay in such an unhealthy pig sty. Management could care less and extremely unhelpful. Please, please do NOT stay here!!!!"
