"First time in location. Just want to express how pleased I was with stylist Felicity. She was very professional. I have not had my hair styled in nearly 3yrs as I wore protective styles. Felicity, listened to a few additional hair concerns then made recommendations that will benefit myself and son. I then told her she can never leave. Yes, I was just that pleased."
"The salon overall is fine, but the stylist disappointed me. I spent $230 for my hair to get done, only to have to come into the shop the next two days to have issues "fixed". Then to my surprise, I had more issues by the end of the week. I didn't feel comfortable and confident with my style. And when I sent the stylist a picture of another issue with her work (my sew in), she never once took ownership, I asked for half of my funds back, nope! The only thing that she offered me was half off a style that I didn't even want. Why would I continue to give you more money when this situation was a direct reflection of being in over their head on a style and lack of customer service."
